Rotoloficio Rotox srl offers Blue4est® paper rolls.
This innovative thermal paper is free of the chemicals used to develop color and can be used with major printers that use conventional thermal paper.
Instead of a chemical reaction with heat, the image is released through a purely physical reaction.
With Blue4est®, the “bubbles” contained in the opaque functional layer’s coating evaporate when exposed to the heat of the print head, allowing the black of the underlying coating to become visible.
Products made with Blue4est® paper, with its characteristic bluish-white thermal side, easily distinguishable from traditional thermal paper, are completely eco-friendly, approved for direct contact with food, resistant to sunlight and humidity, and guarantee long-lasting image stability—more than 35 years.
