ROTOX s.r.l., a young and dynamic company, was founded in 1994 and immediately gained recognition for its quality, flexibility, and efficiency.
Always attentive to customer needs, it oversees its products from the selection of raw materials to packaging, customizing them upon request.
Driven by the most advanced production technologies, Rotox combines modern management concepts with the precision and meticulousness of artisanal automation.
The company boasts five production lines for the production of thermal paper, cellulose, and plotter rolls; four lines for the production of labels in rolls and flatbed; and one line for digital labels, allowing it to offer a wide range of products to both the Italian and international markets.
After the introduction of the first Fumagalli robotic line in 2020, we will be introducing a second two-color robotic line in 2022. All this increases the productivity of thermal and POS rolls by dividing production into two lines, one dedicated to the production of 57 mm rolls and one for 80 mm rolls.
Also in 2022, the label division significantly expanded its technological capabilities and consequently its production capacity with the introduction of a new ETIMAC 7-color UV label production line, which allowed us to enter new market segments and meet customer needs even more effectively.
Further completing this technological innovation process was the introduction in 2025 of the new “KONICA MINOLTA” digital label production line, which allowed us to further meet our customers’ requests for small batches; all this confirms the company’s constant commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
The administrative and production headquarters are located in the Montorio al Vomano Industrial Area, in the province of Teramo, in a strategic position just a short distance from the Villa Vomano/Basciano A24 motorway exit, which guarantees excellent connections throughout the country. With the acquisition of the new warehouse adjacent to the historic one in 2023, the company has reached 4,500 square meters of corporate space, allowing it to divide the company into two large areas: Warehouse/Offices and Production. This has allowed us to have a modernly equipped and always fully stocked warehouse.
A qualified sales network combined with an ultra-modern warehouse has allowed us to fully cover the Italian territory and deliver to 48 countries throughout Italy.
Quality & Environment
The Company, setting quality as its primary objective, compatible with respect for the environment, has developed collaborations with the most important European Suppliers, simultaneously aligning itself with EU regulation 2016/2235 of December 2016 which requires the use of only “BPA free” thermal paper, i.e. without Bisphenol A, from 1 January 2020.
